Pitchers Hospitality Supplies respects our clients/customers privacy. Pitchers is not willing to jeopardize their relationship with their customers/clients by supplying your name, address, email address, credit card information or personal information to any third party without your permission. However, if a situation were to arise where we were required by law or legal process to provide information about a customer we would be obliged to co-operate fully. If you have set up an account with us, purchased from us previously or subscribed to our newsletter, we may update you via email or post on promotions or information that we may feel benefit your business.

No claims will be recognised after 7 days from receipt of goods. All returns must be authorised by our office and a receipt obtained, quoting invoice number.

The ownership of goods listed on this invoice does not pass to the purchaser from the vendor until such time as the vendor has been paid in full for such goods, and all cheques have been collected. Until such time the purchaser is the bailer for reward of the vendor and liable for any loss or damage to the goods.

Pitchers reserve the right to terminate an Internet Ordering Login at any time without notice.

Pitchers do not guarantee availability of the Internet Ordering Service/web site.

You must not disclose your Internet Login and Password to anyone other then those persons authorised to order directly from Pitchers. Doing so may result in invalid orders being processed.

Considerable care has been taken to ensure that the pricing displayed on your Internet Order is inline with the pricing you will be charged on your Tax Invoice. However we reserve the right to change prices without notice and all Internet prices should only be used as a guide. The confirmation of order on the Internet or via Email is not a Tax Invoice. You will be supplied with a Tax Invoice as per your current arrangement.

Pitchers will not supply goods at a price where a genuine mistake has been made on the Internet listed price. If you are unsure about a price, please do not hesitate to contact us. We reserve the right to revoke pricing and cancel an order at any time.

Further charges such as freight may be added to the Tax Invoice.

By displaying an item on the Internet Ordering System does not in any way suggest availability. We reserve the right at any time to withdraw an item from sale or delay delivery (place on backorder or as per your current arrangement). This includes any items that you may already have on order.

All Internet pages provided by Pitchers are marked as copyright and must not be used in any way other then for the purpose of ordering/purchasing directly from Pitchers.

It is impossible to accidentally confirm an order using the Internet Ordering System. If you do make a mistake and wish to cancel an order please notify Pitchers immediately. All confirmations will be provided via an email to the above specified email account. It is the responsibility of the person signed below to ensure all confirmations are received and to report any confirmation emails received that were not processed by the above company.
